The Cake

July 5th was the "surprise" 50th birthday party for my mom.. The party was great, the food was amazing, and the cake turned out really good.. I will post some more pictures later, but i wanted to show off the idea for the cake and the actual cake... I didn't want to go with fondant because i have heard that it doesn't taste that good, so i went with butter cream frosting. :)
