January 2015 Bundle - Health and Fitness {Freebie}


Happy New Year!!

I've made the same New Year's resolution for probably the past 3 years, to get in shape and lose weight, yet i never really fully commit to it and i end up failing. With each pregnancy I've put on more and more weight, without ever losing it.

Every time January comes along, i feel like such a big failure.

Not this year, this year i'm going to be turning 30 and i'm really determined to be in the best shape of my life before my birthday!
