Re-modeling Our House

So ever since we got the news that we would be taking care of our niece Diana we have started to remodel our house. For those of you that don't know, we live in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house. So we thought that our 2 boys can share a room, but Diana will need her own room.

So we are changing our 2 bedroom into a 3 bedroom and we are doing most of the work ourselves. (When i say ourselves i mean Hubby is doing pretty much all of the work himself and i am just a supervisor.LOL)

Last night Hubby was working on building a wall and Super Guy was helping him. So i decided to take some pictures. He is definitely Daddy's little helper!! :)

New Super Guy Stuff

So i have been wanting to, for awhile now, update my site with all the new things Super Guy is doing/ saying:

When he is running and you tell him to slow down he starts running in slow motion... LOL.. :)

When i know he is doing something wrong and i ask him what he is doing, he says" Mommy, I love you." as to avoid the question... :)

When i am going to get him out of time out and i am explaining to him what he did wrong he says to me "That's not the point Mommy, That's not the point"... :)

Boogie Man's Doctor Appointment

Today He went to the doctor for his 2 month check up and to get his vaccines.

At 8 weeks he is weighing in at 13 lbs. 2 oz. and he is 23 inches long. His doctor was very happy with what he saw.

Some of you may know that he has a heart murmur and today the doctor was listening to it and he couldn't really hear it, so he thinks that it has healed itself. Which is really GREAT news!

He was not very happy to get the vaccines. I don't know who is was harder on him or me. I can't stand to see my baby crying and in pain. :(

He fell right asleep afterwards though, so i guess he wasn't too traumatized by it. :) lol.

It's finally the weekend!! Yay!!

I was looking back at all of my postings and i realized that i didn't have any new photos of Super Guy on here, so i thought today i would post some photos.

The bottom 3 photos were taken today. I am still working on that video of him, but every time i turn the camera on he thinks i am taking a picture, so he doesn't say anything. lol. :) Enjoy your weekend everyone!

Boogie Man's Frist Photo's Ever!!!

Yes!!! I am so happy that i am finally able to get these photos out of my camera. My camera has an internal memory and for some reason the first pictures we took of Boogie Man got taken from the internal memory and not from the memory card we had in the camera. So i had to order a special USB cable in order to get the pictures out of my camera. So on Thursday the cable finally arrived!! I am so happy! :)

Boogie Man was not so happy when he first arrived into this world. You can tell by the pictures. :) He weighed in at 7 lbs 6 ounces. And at 3 weeks he was weighing in at 9 lbs. Big Eater!! Like i was telling my mom, he doesn't like to miss a feeding! lol :)

Finally i got some pictures of Him with his eyes open. It took 6 weeks, but it is finally here. :)
I also got some pictures of him and me and also Hubby and him.

We all had a great weekend here! Sunday we did some major spring cleaning in the garage. Super Guy got to ride his big truck outside on Sunday. He had so much fun crashing into everything! :) He is actually getting better at it. He is starting to learn how to turn the steering wheel in the direction he wants to go. :)

I am hoping to take a video of Super Guy this week and upload it on here for everyone to see. Have a great Tuesday everyone!

Boogie Man Today

I thought i would update everyone on Boogie Man. He is feeling much better today. He is sleeping a lot better and he is not feeling as warm to me. I don't know what was wrong with him, but i am very happy he is back to his old self. So today i finally was able to take a short video of him sleeping. I hope you all enjoy it!

Yesterday was a really rough day around here. The baby was so upset all day long. I think he might be sick. I took his temperature and it said only 98.6 but i think the thing is broken. I guess we will see how he is today and then i might have to take him to the doctors. I really hope not though.

So i thought after the hard day yesterday i really need a pick me up and i thought maybe everyone else might need a little pick me up.

And nothing picks me up better than cute pictures of my boys, (except maybe Chocolate). :)
